A referendum was held for the revised Joint Henley and Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan on Thursday 24 November 2022. There were 1207 votes in favour of the plan and 266 votes against the plan. This means that the plan now has full legal effect for consideration of planning applications in Henley and Harpsden.
If adopted at SODC’s Council meeting on 8 December, the reviewed plan will replace the Joint Henley and Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan that was adopted on 14 April 2016.
